1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with jlibet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using any jlibet service.
• You are accessing jlibet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person. Account registration and usage must be personal and individual.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of jlibet or any of its associated game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from jlibet under any account name or mobile number.
• You are of sound mind and are not suffering from any condition that impairs your ability to understand the nature of gambling.

jlibet reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

2 Registration Rules

When registering an account with jlibet, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

• You must provide a valid mobile number registered in your own name. This number will be used for OTP verification and account security.
• You must provide your real full name exactly as it appears on your National Identity Card (NID) or passport. This name must match the name on any payment method used to deposit funds.
• You must select a strong, unique password for your account. You must not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Only one account per person, mobile number, household address, device, and IP address is permitted. Any additional accounts discovered will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• jlibet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your NID, a selfie for facial verification, or a recent utility bill for address confirmation.

jlibet processes all registration data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

3 Financial Transactions

jlibet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit, though account-level limits may apply following verification review.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• Verification Requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the jlibet account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions. Complex cases requiring manual review may take up to 24 hours.
• Transaction Fees: jlibet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• Currency: All transactions on jlibet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion is applied on the jlibet side.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set personal deposit limits through their account settings. Once a deposit limit is reduced, the change takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a previously reduced limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied.

jlibet reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction that triggers fraud detection protocols, fails identity verification, or is otherwise deemed suspicious under our internal risk management procedures.

4 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by jlibet are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players only. Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for promotions.
• Each promotion is limited to one per player, household, mobile number, and IP address unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms at the time of the offer. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being removed from the account.
• jlibet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any change does not disadvantage players who have already accepted the offer in good faith.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash at face value, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to guarantee a withdrawal of bonus funds, or using automated tools to fulfil wagering requirements — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

5 Player Conduct

All players are expected to engage with jlibet games, live casino tables, and sports betting markets in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool to place bets, spin reels, or interact with any game on jlibet.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, error, or unintended feature of any game or software system for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer tables, or any game where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Placing bets on sports events where the outcome is already known or has been influenced by you or any party connected to you (match-fixing).
• Using offensive, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language in any live chat feature or communications with jlibet staff.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the jlibet platform. jlibet is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and will cooperate fully with relevant authorities where suspicious activity is identified.

jlibet uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Game outcomes are independently verified for fairness. Decisions by jlibet regarding the outcome of any bet or game are final, subject only to a formal dispute process as described in Section 8 of these Terms.

6 Responsible Gaming Obligations

jlibet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available free of charge to any registered player:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings directly from your account settings.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive automatic notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent account closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jlibet platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

7 Data Handling

jlibet collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, verify player identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. • jlibet uses SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect data in transit.
• Personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Account data is retained for a minimum period following account closure as required by applicable record-keeping obligations.

8 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account balance, transaction, or any other matter, players should follow the process below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected]. Include your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and a clear description of the issue. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: jlibet will conduct an internal review of the matter within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). You will be notified of the outcome in writing.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may request escalation to a senior review panel. The escalation decision will be issued within a further 10 business days and will be final.

During any active dispute, jlibet reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the relevant account balance. Players must not initiate chargebacks or payment reversals through their mobile banking provider while a dispute is under active review — doing so will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

9 Platform Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlibet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions or risk-taking.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connection issues beyond jlibet's reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by the player's mobile banking provider.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the jlibet platform, including odds, statistics, or game information, which is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jlibet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Closure & Suspension

Either the player or jlibet may close an account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: Players may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be refunded to the registered payment method within 5 business days, provided identity verification has been completed.
• jlibet-Initiated Suspension: jlibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, where fraudulent activity is detected, where a player is found to be underage, or where required to do so by a competent authority.
• Balance on Closure: Where jlibet closes an account for breach of these Terms, any bonus balances, bonus-derived winnings, or balances associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits made in good faith may be refunded at jlibet's discretion following investigation.
• Self-Exclusion Closure: Accounts closed via the self-exclusion tool may not be reopened for a minimum period of 6 months. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be held securely and returned upon the expiry of the exclusion period if the player chooses not to renew their exclusion.

11 Miscellaneous Terms

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlibet and supersede all prior understandings, whether written or oral.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
• Waiver: No failure or delay by jlibet in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your account or any rights under these Terms to any third party. jlibet may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
• Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
